Which one is better, Reiki or Energy Healing?

In fact, there is no absolute "more useful", and the two are not an either/or relationship - even Reiki itself is a branch of generalized energy healing, and many senior healers will use it together. The effect is quick, but you have to find a professional to do it, otherwise it will not treat the symptoms but may cause problems.
