Which is better, Reiki or energy healing?

I have been involved in the field of mind, body and spirit for almost five years, and I have seen too many friends who are just getting started struggling with this issue. She had tried Reiki twice before, but she always said that "it felt like the energy was floating on her back and couldn't enter her heart." Later, she switched to holographic breathing energy therapy. She cried until she couldn't breathe halfway through the first time. She said that the fear of being locked at home by her mother alone when she was a child really felt like it was "gone" for the first time. For her, this kind of more targeted and deep energy healing is naturally much better than Reiki.

Of course, there are many practitioners in the circle who feel that as long as the healer is competent enough, both Reiki and other energy healing schools can achieve the desired results. I agree with this. After all, the tools are important, and the people who use them are the core. I have met a senior healer who has been doing Reiki for 12 years, and he can still help clients deal with deep childhood trauma and even family karma issues. However, there are not many such practitioners. Most entry-level Reiki treatments on the market are still focused on light emotional soothing and state adjustment.

There are also many people who think that whether it is Reiki or other energy healing, it is all psychological. There is actually nothing to argue about this. Somatosensory itself is very personal. If you think it is useful, try it. If you think it is useless, don’t touch it. It is something that serves your own feelings. There is no need to argue about right or wrong.

If you really want to decide which one to choose, it’s not that troublesome. Just find a therapist with a reliable reputation and try each one once. Your body’s feelings will not lie to others. You will know whether it is comfortable or not, and whether it is useful. The first moment you finish it, you will know it. It is much more useful than reading comparison posts online for half a day.
