Small fleshy balls on the scrotum may be symptoms of diseases such as sebaceous cysts, genital warts, soft fibromas, folliculitis or lipomas. It is recommended to seek medical treatment promptly for a clear diagnosis and avoid self-treatment.

1. Sebaceous cyst
