Urethritis symptoms in men

Symptoms of male urethritis mainly include frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, and increased urethral secretions. 1. Frequent urination

3. Dysuria

Painful urination refers to the burning and stinging sensation in the urethra or perineum during urination. Urinary pain caused by urethritis usually occurs in the early stages of urination. Painful urination is usually related to inflammation and ulcers of the urethral mucosa. 4. Urethral secretions

Urethral secretion is a typical manifestation of urethritis, and the characteristics of the secretion vary depending on the pathogen. Gonococcal urethritis is mostly purulent secretion, which is abundant and yellow-green in color. ； The secretion of non-gonococcal urethritis is thin, small in amount, and white or transparent. 5. Other symptoms

Some patients may experience urethral orifice redness, swelling and itching, and in severe cases, hematuria or urethral orifice hemorrhage.
