Compared with external protection, which is prone to pitfalls, the fault tolerance rate of internal adjustment is actually higher, but it is not without taboos. I followed the trend and bought several hundred yuan of natural grape seed capsules. After taking them for half a month, I didn’t see any whitening. Instead, my period was a week earlier. There are two completely different views in the circle now. One group believes that natural beauty requires the complete rejection of synthetic skin care products. Even facial cleansers must be washed with natural soap locust powder. The other group believes that natural techniques are only a supplement to skin care, and formal and compliant skin care products are the basis. I personally stand for the latter. For example, when my face is dry in autumn and winter, after applying a mild moisturizing cream, I soak it in a paper mask with chamomile hydrosol produced by a regular brand and apply it for 5 minutes. The moisture-locking effect can last all day, and there are no messy additives. I feel safe using it. There is no need to suffer for the reputation of being "natural".
