2. 3. In case of children or children whose foreskin is too long or too thick, cut off the overlong foreskin outside the tie and then put on the equipment. This will help to better cut the seam.

4. After cutting, loosen the adjusting knob and move it back more than 5mm. Maintain the position and do not move too much. Push the adjusting knob forward to release the bell-shaped glans base. If it is not easy to push, you can lightly touch the rocker (do not repeat the operation if possible) ) Loosen the cutting suture position (in front of the suture device). At this time, observe whether the foreskin is completely disconnected and the foreskin is too long. If it is completely disconnected, gently rotate and remove the device. If there is still a small amount that is not disconnected, you can use scissors or a knife head to trim it slightly and then remove the device. Sometimes the knife head is pulled out a small part by the anvil, which has no effect on the surgical treatment.

5. After removing the equipment (do not waste time observing), immediately wrap the wound with dry gauze and apply moderate pressure to activate blood circulation for about 5 minutes. If there is bleeding after loosening (rarely), you can add stitches to activate blood circulation, otherwise apply moderate pressure bandage as usual.

6. It is recommended to use a self-adhesive elastic bandage for pressure bandaging. Otherwise, it is best to sew a few stitches on the external medical dressing to prevent it from loosening in the short term.

7. There are generally no obvious abnormalities after surgery. If the bandage is too tight, urination will be difficult. If it is tied with an elastic bandage, you can ask the patient to loosen it voluntarily, and then wrap it slightly loosely. If it is sewn, you can cut off the tight one or two staple sutures.
