What causes male infertility?

Infertility is a very common thing in daily life, especially today's young people who don't pay attention to their physical condition. What causes male infertility

1. Male sexual dysfunction. Impotence, premature ejaculation, anejaculation and retrograde ejaculation can all cause male infertility.

2. Reproductive tract infections are relatively common. In recent years, with the increase in the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases, the incidence and severity of reproductive tract inflammation such as prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis, and urethritis have increased, seriously affecting male fertility.

3. Abnormal sperm structure and seminal plasma. Affects sperm movement, capacitation and acrosome reaction.

4. Abnormal testicular spermatogenesis. Commonly seen in cryptorchidism and varicocele, physical and chemical factors such as toxins, magnetic fields, high fever, and trauma can all cause testicular spermatogenesis disorders.

5. Chromosomal abnormalities. Common ones include male pseudohermaphroditism, Klinefelter syndrome and XYY syndrome.

6. Immune infertility. Both the male's own anti-sperm immunity and the female's anti-sperm alloimmunity can cause male infertility.

7. Obstruction of the vas deferens duct. Affects sperm transport.

9. Endocrine diseases. The cause is gonadotropin deficiency. Common Selective Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism, Selective LH Deficiency and FSH Deficiency ； adrenocortical hyperplasia ； Hyperprolactinemia, etc.
