In a few cases, pseudoparaphimosis may be complicated by balanitis, urethral stenosis and other problems, manifesting as pain on urination, foreskin adhesion or recurrent infection. At this time, you need to seek medical advice to evaluate whether circumcision is needed. Surgical intervention is suitable for cases where conservative treatment is ineffective or scar stenosis occurs, but contraindications such as coagulation dysfunction need to be excluded.
