4. First, decoct goji berries and fleece-flower root in an appropriate amount of water until the juice becomes concentrated. Then strain out the residue. Next, add the toasted and chopped walnut meat and black beans to the juice, and continue to decoct until the walnut meat is tender and all the juice has been absorbed by the black beans. Finally, remove it and let it air dry or dry it at a low temperature before taking it.
